Rest assured, you’ll find all of the same trellised, candy-colored manses and a similarly robust, unapologetically Southern food scene as its siblings, New Orleans and Charleston-but you’ll also catch miles more quirk. We really enjoyed our stay and we recommend it.Sure, you can walk the riverfront, cocktail in hand (yes, you can carry it as you tour), and call it a day-or you can really commit to this eccentric yet charming Southern hub. The property is nice, but there seems to be alot of deferred maintenance needs updates. Location - right on the beach, very easy to access from I-5Īmenities - we didn't really access any besides the restaurant and the beach (beach staff was very helpful getting chairs and umbrellas and beach toys for our daughter)
Great service and delicious food and mixed drinks. Loved the view of the ocean and the balcony is nice. Suites - Very clean/nice but we had some issues (clogged sink, no soap, and not enough towels).
